For the convenience of our customers‚ Residency Place has provided some of its intellectual property for download from this server. The information that is made available to download from this server is the copyrighted work of Residency Place and/or its suppliers. The use of the information is governed by the terms of the End User License Agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the residency lists. The ability to download the lists is contingent upon agreement with the terms of the license agreement. A user will be unable to view residency lists unless he or she first agrees to the terms. Residency Place reserves the right to restrict who is eligible to be a customer of its lists.

The lists are made available for viewing and downloading solely for use by the purchasers according to the terms of the license agreement. Information in the lists is based on program interviews conducted by Residency Place. Residency Place does not guarantee explicitly or implicitly accuracy of the lists.
